It all began in Jan. 2020 when I faced serious health problems. My hair had fallen out, terrible menstruation pain, no appetite, acne, unstable weight, fatigue, a possible diagnoses of cancer, and a vegetarian diet. It lead me to hiring an NTP, seeing great results in my health and then eventually graduating from the NTA myself. After seeing positive results for myself and a family member, I know that I can help others. I truly am passionate about nutrition and simply love talking about all I have studied: minerals, protein, fats, myths about nutrition, how incredibly intricate God made us, and even about incorporating our culture into our diets is just my favorite.
